Everyday Favorites

I don’t know about you, but I personally love reading about all the little everyday things people use and thought it would be fun to share some of mine! Here are some of my everyday favorites—including everything from my phone case to my favorite t-shirt to our steamer. This year, I’ve been really focused on editing my closet and our home to be full of things I truly love. It feels so nice to be surrounded by things you love!

clothing

— I discovered Everlane’s Pima Rib tees earlier this year and promptly bought a bunch! I have both the scoop tee and the long sleeve tee. I love how polished and refined they feel.

— I love Lou & Grey’s Softserve v-neck tees and wear them under most of my sweaters. They’re super soft and wear really well.

— The Everlane ‘90s Cheeky Straight Jean has quickly become my favorite pair of jeans. They look vintage and the medium blue wash is really nice in person—and they are only $78!

— I’ve been buying these pajama sets from Target for years—they are so incredibly soft and comfortable!

— It’s been a mission of mine to find bras and underwear that I actually love and I finally found them both at Natori! I already owned their cult-fave Feathers Bra and loved the quality so I decided to order their Understated Contour Bra. I love the way it fits and how nicely it lays under everything.

— I’m obsessed with their Bliss Girl Briefs and have nearly replaced my entire underwear drawer with them! They are so comfortable and wash really well.

— My favorite socks are these lightweight ribbed socks and I also wear these no-show socks that never fall down (which is key).

BEAUTY

— If you know me, you know I rarely am without nail polish. My longtime favorite is this perfect nude and I recently started using this sheer polish that looks like your nails, but better. Related: my favorite base coat and favorite top coat.

— I love the Tata Harper Resurfacing Mask—it makes your skin super glowy and refreshed.

— For mascara, I am still loving the Saie mascara that I mentioned a few weeks ago and alternate between that and this natural mascara.

— I have so many lip balms that I love, but this Kosas one is what I always reach for—it’s super moisturizing!

— I only wash my hair a few times a week so dry shampoo is my best friend. I have tried so many, but I like Living Proof’s Dry Shampoo the best—it doesn’t have an overpowering scent and it doesn’t weigh down my hair. I also swear by Oribe Dry Texture Spray. It acts like a dry shampoo, but it also adds incredible texture to your hair—hard to describe but once you try it, you’ll be addicted. And the scent of it is so incredible—I love it!

DECOR

— We have a few of these woven trays throughout our apartment, in our bathroom and our kitchen. We also have a couple of the matching tissue box covers.

— We were gifted a set of linen sheets from Magic Linen last year and they quickly became our favorite set! Our second favorite is this bamboo set (also beloved by Oprah!) that are seriously next level soft.

— I love lighting candles and the ambiance they create. Some of my favorites are: Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt, Maison Louis Marie No. 04, Jenni Kayne Cedar and my newest affordable favorite is the Jasmine Pillar Candles from Target.

CLEANING & ORGANIZATION

— I recently streamlined all of the hangers in my closet and it makes such a difference to have everything on the same type of hanger! I use these slim hangers and these cedar ones for sweaters, coats and blazers. Now is a great time to take on little projects like this at home!

— Years ago I discovered Saint Olio, a line of scented synthetic-free cleansers and home sprays. We loooove their scents so much! The scents are really beautiful and not too overpowering. No. 2 Neroli is our favorite and we have both their aromatic cleanser and linen spray, which we spray on our bedding, couch and towels.

— I love to steam my clothes and always take a steamer with us when we travel. We got this travel steamer that has dual voltage before we went to Italy and it’s amazing. It heats up so quickly and works really well!

— Everything The Laundress makes is luxurious, but I especially love their delicate wash for all my things that require hand-washing. The scent is so lovely. I also love their fabric spray and their wool & cashmere spray to freshen up my sweaters.

KITCHEN

— Our glasses are these simple ones from CB2. They’re super thin, which I really like. We have both the double old-fashioned glasses and cooler glasses.

— We’ve become big fans of Scribe Winery over the last year and especially love their Carneros Pinot Noir. We mostly only drink red, rose or orange wine, but I highly recommend trying their Skin-Fermented Chardonnay—it’s so unique and delicious!

MISC.

— I get a lot of questions about where my phone case is from and it’s this one on Amazon. I have it in stone, but it comes in a lot of different colors.

Baggu’s reusable bags have become one of my most used items. I always have one or two of them folded up in my purse so I never have to take bags from stores. They come in so many different colors and patterns and release new ones every season. I have both the Standard size and the Baby size. I have the Baby size in Gingham and I often use it for my lunch and as my purse!
