Julia Leach, founder of the lifestyle, stripe-based clothing company Chance, is no stranger to crafting simple and elegant designs. It comes as no surprise that her Lower East Side apartment (featured in this month's Lonny) follows a similar aesthetic. Her apartment is filled with light and reflects her classic meets modern style–I'm longing to move right in!

I'm a bit envious of her art collection as well! I like that she's managed for the space to feel spacious, but clearly she's still a collector.
