guest post: seaside, fl

Molly and Sally write one of my favorite blogs, A Piece of Toast, and I'm so excited to have them share a post with you! these two sisters from Texas have such endearing personalities and fill their site with unique finds -it's hard not to love them and their blog!

Growing up we spent summers with our family on the sugar sand beaches of Seaside, Florida.  Many beaches and many years later, Seaside still remains our most favorite place to go.  There is nothing quite like it.  From the rainbow of pastel colored cottages, each with their own unique cut-out picket fence to the beach cruisers riding around town - we love it all.  The "life is good" vibe can be seen whichever way you turn.  Nothing beats walking around barefoot with sand-covered toes while shopping in the outdoor Perspicacity market all the while eating a coconut flavored snow cone from Frost Bites.  The town "mascot" of a daschaund can be seen on t-shirts and baseball hats and only adds to the friendliness that is Seaside, FL.  A grouping of vintage-style airstream trailers serve snow cones, smoothies, hot dogs, and BBQ and are just a hop away from the white sandy beaches.  All of this and more is why we completely and totally adore the tiny town of Seaside, Florida.

Thank you, thank you to sweet Alex for inviting us to do this guest posting.  We hope you are having the best time on the beach and only wish that we could be there with you. xx
